How to Apply
The CIC SROP application is accepted November 1, 2009 until February 10, 2010. The CIC SROP application allows you to apply to a variety of widely-recognized summer research programs at participating CIC institutions using a single application. One of the benefits of using the CIC SROP application is that you only need to send one transcript to a central location and your faculty recommenders will only be required to submit one online letter of recommendation. Upon completion, your application will be viewable by faculty from nine top research universities.
The first step in completing the CIC SROP application is to gain an overall understanding of the application process and guidelines. It is highly suggested that you read the SROP Application Guide before initiating your application.
Start your CIC SROP Application
While most CIC schools are centrally linked, a few require applicants to complete an individual campus application. Please view their campus websites to learn more about their eligibility requirements, application deadline, and other required application documents. The following institutions require an individual campus application:
