Scholarly Communications Summit In October 2004, forty-five attendees representing CIC member university faculty, libraries, presses, administration and the disciplines met to examine the current problematic model for disseminating scholarly literature and explore ways to work together to support communities of digital scholarship. Read about their discussion and recommendations in the report:

CIC Foreign Language Enhancement Program (FLEP)
The FLEP helps CIC graduate students take advantage of language offerings not available at their home university, but available at another CIC member university. Scholarships are intended to cover living expenses incurred while attending another CIC host institution during the summer session. Twenty two scholarships, valued at $2,000 each, will be offered for Summer 2005. For more information, visit the FLEP Web page.
