About this Group
The deans of arts and sciences are responsible for departments
and units spanning the natural and physical sciences, the humanities,
and the social and behavioral sciences.
The CIC arts and sciences deans meet twice a year to discuss
and address areas of mutual concern. In addition, the group has
initiated a number of successful and innovative collaborative
projects aimed at enhancing access to educational opportunities
for students and scholars across the member universities.
