Eligibility Criteria
The Minority Directory is open to American Indian, African American,
Mexican American, Puerto Rican and other Latina/Latino students
in any field. Asian American students in humanities and social
sciences are also eligible. All applicants must be U.S. Citizens
who have completed their PhD, MLS, or MFA degrees in the past
year or expect to complete their degrees within the next year
at one of the CIC member universities.
